Structural Designer (Onsite)

Summary- As a Designer you will be leading the development of your discipline’s construction documents. Your team will consist of a Drafter. They will depend on your direction based on their current understanding of discipline. Designers handle the creations and development of construction documents. Having a deeper understanding of your discipline will enable you to begin to take ownership of the content needed to complete your discipline’s design.   

Essential functions - During design you will take ownership of developing the construction documents. You are expected to understand how to compose your design package. You will develop the project scope using calculations, specifications and following the scope of work. This would mean directing your Drafter to assist in composing necessary views based on your scope.
