Job Description

Our client is seeking is seeking an AutoCAD draftsperson with the ability to work from structural & architectural sketches, drawings and specifications to develop plan views & detailed shop and submittal drawings.
• create drawings
• set-up drawing files
• create bill of materials and hardware lists

• Associates degree preferred
• Must have 3+ years working experience in 2D drafting (3D a plus)
• A sound technical background
• Excel & Word computer knowledge
• Understand OSHA and NYS Building codes
• The ability to work independently to complete drawings on a timely basis (with minimal supervision)
