Job Description
Role: Structural Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Structural Design & Analysis
● Prepare structural designs and calculations for PEB and RCC modules, ensuring compliance with IS and AISC codes.
● Develop technical documents (design briefs, calculations, connection details) and coordinate with STAAD, Tekla Structures, and Revit teams for accurate outputs.
● Optimize structures for cost-efficiency, material usage, and modular constructability.
Modeling & Documentation
● Review and validate structural models, fabrication/shop drawings, and erection drawings.
● Guide and support steel detailers and Tekla modelers to ensure design intent is captured.
● Prepare BOQs, reinforcement schedules, bolt lists, connection layouts, and fabrication documentation.
Coordination & Execution
● Collaborate with architects, MEP, and site teams for integration and constructability.
● Address design queries through RFIs, revisions, and joint review meetings.
● Ensure all drawings, models, and calculations meet QA/QC standards and client specifications.
Qualifications & Experience
● Full-time Master’s degree (ME / M. Tech / MS) in Structural Engineering OR Ph D in Structural Engineering
● Latest 3 years hands-on experience in Steel, PEB, modular, and RCC projects (modular/prefabrication exposure preferred).
● Strong knowledge of IS and AISC codes for design and detailing.
● Proficiency in STAAD Pro, Tekla Structures, Auto CAD/Revit; familiarity with BIM and CNC/NC workflows is a plus.
Preferred (Additional Advantage)
● Experience handling ₹45–50 Cr PEB projects
● Structural design drawings vetted by IIT / NIT
