Job Profile: Structural Engineer
Location: Vasco da Gama, Goa (Office based with Site Visits to job sites in South Goa)
Reporting to : Principal Civil Engineer / Project Head
Salary: ₹45,000 per month + Performance Incentives
1. Candidate Objective
We are looking for a detail oriented Structural Engineer to lead the design and stability analysis for residential mansions in and around Vasco da Gama.
2. Key Responsibilities
Structural Analysis: Perform complete structural modeling and analysis using ETABS, STAAD.Pro, or SAFE.
Detailing: Prepare and review detailed RCC structural drawings, including foundation, column layouts, and slab reinforcements.
Site Liaison: Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure reinforcement and shuttering align with structural designs.
Optimization: Collaborate with the Principal Civil Engineer (Proprietor) to optimize steel and concrete consumption while prioritizing safety and stability.
3. Desired Qualifications
Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Structures preferred).
Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in RCC residential buildings (G+4 and above).
Software: Mastery of AutoCAD and at least one structural analysis software (ETABS/STAAD.Pro).
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Goa Land Development and Building Construction Regulations and NBC 2016. Should be conversant in English, hindi and konkani.
