Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for all aspects of projects, attending site, meeting with clients and architects.
• Work on projects ranging from small extensions up to larger scale apartment developments up to £20m in value.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver residential projects for various clients including betting shops, breweries and property developers.
• Assist in the preparation of drawings and documentation as part of the structural design process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of UK-based structural design experience, with a preference for residential-sector projects.
• Live within sensible commuting distance of Romford; eligible to work in the UK.
