Job Title: Structural Engineer / Sr. Structural Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Structural Engineer with 3-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in structural analysis and design for RCC and steel structures, with a preference for experience in industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare structural systems and discuss concepts with senior structural engineers.
• Perform structural analysis and design for RCC and steel structures, including design calculations.
• Ensure timely review and approval of design calculations by senior structural engineers.
• Manage input and output data on the server while keeping track of revisions.
• Interface with other disciplines, such as Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing, for seamless project coordination.
• Review and validate the design and drawings of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs).
• Prepare comprehensive Design Basis Reports.
• Address and resolve site queries related to structural engineering.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (M.E. / M. Tech) in Structural Engineering.
• 3-8 years of relevant experience, with preference for industrial project experience.
• Hands-on experience with structural design software such as STAAD, ETABS, SAP, SAFE, and RCDC.
• Thorough understanding of the fundamentals of structural engineering and knowledge of the latest IS Codes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand functional requirements and translate them into structural designs.

Preferred:

• Candidates from Gujarat will be preferred.
