Insight Global is looking for a Structural Engineer in the Sterling Heights, Michigan area. The Structure Engineer position is a product design and development engineering role within the Structures Engineering Group. This team is responsible for the design, development, verification, and implementation of Hull and Turret structural components across all vehicle platforms. The engineer will develop hardware concepts using CAD tools, collaborate with cross functional engineering teams, and ensure designs meet technical, cost, and schedule requirements. Responsibilities include maturing concepts to production ready designs, overseeing model and print releases, supporting manufacturing during fabrication and integration, and assisting with testing and verification activities. The engineer will also support RCCA efforts to resolve technical issues on prototype and production hardware.
