Job Title: Structural Engineer
We’re looking for a Structural Engineer to join our Architectural Engineering team at our Wichita and Overland Park locations (in office). This individual will
assist with the design of a variety of projects that may include schools, churches, hospitals, hotels, office buildings, and other commercial and industrial
projects.
+ Preparation of reports, designs, and drawings.
+ Ability to complete structural calculations with different design materials, specifically steel and concrete.
+ Familiarity in appropriate selection of building materials.
+ Understand the steps of project development and be familiar with the traditional phased approach to industrial projects.
+ Prepare cost estimates and/or appropriation request for capital projects.
+ Point of contact for clients to ensure design meets their needs and objectives.
+ Develop and maintain client relations.
