Structural Engineering Lead

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineering Lead to join our engineering back-office team and support the delivery of major infrastructure and urban development projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership in structural engineering, along with proven experience contributing to multidisciplinary consultancy deliverables for large-scale infrastructure programs. This role requires excellent coordination skills, problem-solving ability, and expertise in structural design across project stages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant professional experience in structural engineering and infrastructure design.
