We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structural Team Lead to oversee our structural engineering and BIM projects. The candidate will be responsible for guiding a team of engineers and modelers, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables in line with project timelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the structural engineering & BIM team on multiple projects.
• Review and guide the development of structural drawings, models, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and construction teams for project integration.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes, project specifications, and BIM execution plans.
• Perform design checks, clash detection, and model validation.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and BIM modelers.
