Job Description Structural Welder / Fabricator Pay: $18-$22 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM Location: East Tulsa, OK Job Order : 123491 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Structural Welder / Fabricator to join a growing fabrication team in East Tulsa. The Structural Welder / Fabricator must be self-sufficient, capable of reading prints, fabricating from start to finish, and adapting quickly when fabrication challenges arise. This role plays a critical part in the production of meter houses and structural steel components . Essential Duties & Responsibilities of the Structural Welder / Fabricator • Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication prints • Layout, cut, prep, fit, and weld materials independently • Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on structural steel • Pass and perform 3G plate welding on ¾" plate (no run-off tabs) • Fabricate and weld steel siding / R-Panel for meter houses • Make real-time adjustments during fabrication as needed • Maintain quality, accuracy, and safety standards at all times Required Experience & Skills • Minimum 2 years of welding experience required • Proven experience as a structural welder/fabricator • Ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints • Strong knowledge of steel fabrication and welding processes • Experience working with pipe materials, diameters, wall thicknesses, and grading systems • Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the floor • Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen • Valid driver's license required • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in oil & gas or industrial construction environments • Prior experience fabricating meter houses or working with R-Panel • Training available for motivated candidates This Structural Welder / Fabricator opportunity is ideal for a skilled trades professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, accuracy, and independent fabrication work.
