Job Summary
The Lead Structured Cabling Technician is responsible for overseeing the installation, termination, and testing of structured cabling systems for large-scale commercial and government projects. This role involves both hands-on technical work and supervisory duties, ensuring project quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety and industry standards. The Lead Technician will guide teams through the installation of copper and fiber infrastructure, manage materials and labor forecasting, coordinate with general contractors and clients, and ensure projects are completed on time and within specifications.
