Our client, a Top City law firm has an excellent opportunity for an Interim Structured Finance / Securitisation Solicitor to join their highly regarded structured debt team which sits in the wider real estate finance team.


This is an exceptional opportunity to join a specialist practice working on high‑quality structured finance matters, where an experienced interim can quickly become a valued part of the team.


The Role:


The position will be predominantly drafting‑focused, with exposure to:


  • Securitisation and asset‑backed finance




  • Real estate loan finance




  • Structured debt and structured products
