Job Description

Academic Background and Certifications, Experience

  • Min 7 years of experience in finance or banking
  • Experience in working in the Front Office environment
  • Experience working on deals originated beyond Southeast Asia region is a must. 

    • Operational Skills

  • Understanding of the structured finance environment in a cross-border environment, ideally with experience beyond the Southeast Asia or APAC region
  • Experience in (origination or supporting origination) for non-vanilla financing transactions (being in APAC or elsewhere)
  • Capacity to build pitch and memos that are clear, structured, compelling and comprehensive in addressing both clients' and internal stakeholders' needs
  • Some cross asset structuring background and skills in the context of structured finance transactions (including financial modelling, accounting and/or tax)
