The role requires the capability to manage in full autonomy all stages of a transaction from the design phase to post-closing. This includes but is not limited to the following duties: (i) sourcing, (ii) negotiations, (iii) implementation with the relevant support functions (risks, middle office, back office, tax, legal, norms, etc…), (iv) distribution and (v) monitoring.
Other duties of the role include preparing pitchbooks while staying up to date on recent regulation and market trends.
In addition to a strong experience in alternative credit structuring and real assets, the essential qualities for this role include excellent interpersonal skills, active listening abilities, strong teamwork, project management skills, autonomy with a high sense of organization and the ability to work in a demanding environment.
