Structures Foreman

This is an opportunity for an experienced Structures Foreman to join an award-winning, financially strong Gold Coast based builder and developer delivering high-quality residential projects across the Gold Coast and Brisbane.

The business operates through negotiated contracts, ECI, and in-house developments, with a strong pipeline of medium to high-rise multi-residential D+C projects ranging from $40m to $130m+.

The Role

This is a hands on Structures Foreman role delivering the structure package across two high-rise Gold Coast projects, supporting completion of the current structure works before transitioning to deliver the next project from start to finish.

You will manage daily structural trade delivery, sequencing, safety, and quality, working closely with the Site Manager and Project Engineer.
