**Job Description**
As a Structures Technician, you will engage in heavy depot-level structural maintenance, repairs, and modifications on T-38 aircraft. Your work will focus on aircraft skin and bulkhead upgrades, ensuring the aircraft's structural integrity is maintained.
**Responsibilities**
+ Inspect and assess damage to aircraft structural components and develop appropriate repair/replacement procedures using applicable technical data.
+ Remove and install close tolerance, high-strength fasteners in major aircraft structural components.
+ Design structural repair, modification, and corrosion protection treatments while maintaining original strength, weight, and contour.
+ Perform post-repair flight control weight and balance functions as well as control surface rigging per designated technical orders.
