Job Summary
The Structures Technician supports high-rate aerospace manufacturing by performing precision drilling, structural assembly, and integration of large aerospace components. This role plays a critical part in ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while working with both metallic and composite materials in support of payload and vehicle assembly operations. As part of the Structures team, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and apply advanced fabrication and assembly techniques to meet stringent aerospace specifications. Key Responsibilities Configure new production work areas with required tooling and equipment to support efficient, high-rate manufacturing. Operate precision-calibrated tools such as torque wrenches, micrometers, and calipers to maintain safety and quality standards.
