Join our team as a Structures Technician, where you will engage in performing large-scale structural modifications and conversions on regional aircraft within a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility. Your expertise in handling close tolerance drilling, reaming, removal, and installation on critical support structures will be crucial to our operations.
**Responsibilities**
Perform close tolerance drilling, reaming, removal, and installation to critical support structures and fracture critical areas.
Locate blind holes necessary for installation of new structural items to existing structures.
Engage in efforts associated with sealing, painting, shimming, and preserving structure according to standard repair processes.
Demonstrate capability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical orders, process specifications, and retrofit requirements for structural modification/repair.
