Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Structural Design Engineer (RCC) to join our Head Office team in Turbhe. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing RCC buildings and towers and will be responsible for overseeing design delivery, ensuring accuracy, client coordination, and team guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Structural Design Oversight

Ensure structural drawings delivered by the draughtsmen are accurate and timely.

Design Assistance

Support lead design-related discussions and decisions.

Client Coordination

Interact and communicate with clients regarding design requirements and feedback.

Model Preparation

Develop and prepare structural analysis models for various projects.

Site Visits & Steel Checking

Conduct site visits to check reinforcement and ensure construction adheres to design.

Design Calculations

Perform structural calculations as per relevant Indian codes (manual/software-based).

Design Discussions

Participate in technical discussions and reviews with clients.

Documentation

Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM) for design review meetings.

Quality Assurance

Ensure the accuracy of input data and final drawings prepared by the draughting team.

Candidate Profile:

Must Have:

Core experience in RCC structural design of buildings and towers

Familiarity with design codes such as IS456, IS875, etc.

Strong communication and coordination skills

Hands-on experience with design tools/software (e.g., STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, etc.)
