About the Role

Your contribution includes performing initial troubleshooting and handling incidents and requests efficiently. You’ll take ownership and use your strong collaboration skills to help ensure smooth business operations. This role is fully based onsite in our Aarhus office at Bredskifte Alle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide face-to-face IT support to end users in the Aarhus office, handling hardware and software incidents and requests in line with defined processes and business priorities.

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, and offer proactive guidance to users on system functionality.

  • Collaborate with second-line support and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently, while keeping users informed of progress.
