We are seeking a dedicated individual to join as a Student Behaviour Mentor in April 2025. We are a specialist education school located in Reading, supporting students aged 4-16 years old. The Student Behaviour Mentor role focuses on building trust and rapport, developing independence and motivating students throughout their education.

* Supporting pupils facing behaviour management challenges
* Helping students to learn and practice healthy coping mechanisms
* Tracking progress and implementing education plans
* Practice effective communication skills to resolve conflicts and emotional regulation
* Motivate students to develop independence and engagement with learning material
