The Business Membership team supports business members by helping them open new memberships, understand their financial needs, and access the right products, services, and experts across First West. The team conducts discovery conversations with prospective business members, identifies opportunities for support, and ensures each membership is opened accurately and in alignment with policies and guidelines. They work closely with branches, the Member Advice Centre, and business and commercial advisors to create a consistent and seamless experience for business members while maintaining strong compliance standards. As a student, you will provide administrative and project support to an assigned department while contributing to team objectives, assisting with documentation, data organization, research, and supporting activities that enhance both member experience and internal processes.
