Student - Camp Programmer

Overview

To assist the Recreation Coordinator in the planning and implementing of summer camp programs and to provide a quality program experience to children.

Minimum Qualifications

• Post-Secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in working with children aged 4-12 yrs
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in camp programming and development
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Current Standard First Aid/CPR & AED Certification
• Demonstrated safe work practices
• Valid Class G driver’s licence and acceptable driver’s abstract
