Job Description

The Student Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact between students, instructors, and administration, ensuring smooth coordination of training activities, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with DGCA CAR requirements. Key Responsibilities Coordinate student induction, batch allocation, and training schedules (ground & flight) Maintain student training records, attendance, and documentation as per DGCA CARs Support ground and flight instructors with scheduling, assessments, and student tracking Handle student queries related to syllabus, examinations, training progress, and procedures Ensure timely submission and upkeep of documents required for DGCA audits and inspections Coordinate internal examinations, mock tests, and training milestones Update student data on LMS / training management systems Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all student-related matters Requirements Eligibility & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (Aviation / Management preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience in student coordination, training operations, or academic administration Prior experience in an Aviation / FTO / Training Institute preferred Skills & Competencies Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with LMS platforms, MS Office, and digital record systems Detail-oriented with good documentation discipline Ability to handle multiple students and schedules efficiently Professional attitude and student-centric approach Benefits Why Join Skylok Aviation Opportunity to work in a DGCA-approved FTO setup Exposure to aviation training operations and regulatory environment Growth-oriented, professional training ecosystem
