Student Engagement Counselor

Location: Ludhiana Vidyapeeth

Role Overview:

The Student Engagement counselor role is a key position within our organization, primarily responsible for absenteeism calling of inactive and irregular students. The parents/guardians of the absent students are contacted to ensure their regularity in the classroom and identify their concern areas if any.

Main KRAs:

● Absenteeism Calling: Interact with Parents/ students who are absent for consecutive classes/ have low attendance and address their queries, concerns, and issues with professionalism and empathy.

● Ticket Creation at Freshdesk: For all the actionable dispositions other than Admission Cancellation Request and Refund, SEC will create a ticket at Freshdesk which will be passed on to the SST member

● Query Resolution: Respond to student inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of their queries.
