This front-line sales role within the Global Direct Sales team is focused on recruiting students from North America and Latin America to Study Group's portfolio of Higher Education programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting leads into enrolments through proactive outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings, while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and key stakeholders.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Manage and respond to student leads within agreed SLA timelines
- Own the sales pipeline from enquiry to arrival, maintaining detailed forecasting data
