Student Finance Operations Manager

We are a fast-growing education / upskilling company that partners with NBFCs to offer EMI / finance options to our students. We want someone who can own the end-to-end operations of student financing, ensure smooth coordination, and scale our NBFC partnerships.

Role Summary:

You will manage and nurture relationships with NBFC partners, help students get approved for EMIs, follow up on disbursals, monitor the finance process, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, maintain data/tracking systems, and bring process improvements. You must be comfortable juggling multiple conversations, working under pressure, and ensuring excellent student experience.
