General Summary

The Student Intern – Data Network Engineer will assist the Voice & Data Network support team in providing technical assistance with the daily operations of the organization’s IT data network. Essential Functions
  • Assist the Data Network team with the architecture, implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting support of the network communications

  • Assist with installations and support of servers, workstations, network hardware, DNS and DHCP appliances, network devices (including Wi-Fi devices, switches, routers, etc.) and peripherals
    • Other Functions
  • Assist with developing and maintaining documentation, including addressing plans, network topology diagrams, rack elevation, data flows and variables.

  • Provide support, consisting of technical and problem resolution support, along with maintenance of the networking infrastructure and environment.
