Job Description

The HR Assistant will support the HR Manager Europe & North America in daily HR operations and employee-related processes. The role contributes to smooth and compliant HR administration across the employee lifecycle, offering practical exposure to international HR work in a structured environment.

As part of our commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment, this role requires working fully on-site.


Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee data in the HR system (HRMS)

  • Support preparation of contracts and HR documentation

  • Assist with onboarding, employee requests, and HR administration

  • Support day-to-day HR operations in line with internal policies and legal requirements

  • Contribute to HR projects and recruitment activities when needed
