Position Description

The Member and Advisory Experience team strengthens the quality and consistency of member interactions across First West by supporting advisory excellence, championing member centric practices, and enhancing processes that shape the overall experience. The team collaborates with business partners across retail, business, commercial, wealth, and the Member Advice Centre to identify opportunities for improvement, develop tools and resources for advisors, and ensure strategic initiatives are embedded effectively. Their work helps create a seamless, simple, and reliable experience for both members and advisors through clear communication, meaningful insights, and continuous refinement of service standards.
