Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer and Student Operations Support Specialist to support our students and ensure smooth operations in resolving their concerns. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in handling escalated customer support cases, preferably in education or ed tech. You will play a critical role in assessing student situations, providing tailored recommendations for completing courses, submitting assignments, and requesting transcripts. This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in the Philippines. This is an online, remote contract role. All work is paid per hour.
