Job Description
- Design and implement after-school programmes, including planning, logistics, and scheduling
- Mentor students, monitor attendance, and guide them in building healthy routines and goals
- Provide basic counselling and escalate cases when needed
- Collaborate with teachers and departments to align programmes with curriculum and school initiatives
- Prepare reports on participation and outcomes while maintaining confidentiality
