Role Purpose
The Student Recruitment Advisor plays a vital role in promoting MLA and its partner institutions programme portfolio to prospective students via phone, email, and digital platforms. The postholder will manage the full student recruitment journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment providing expert guidance and exceptional customer service throughout.
The role requires autonomy, initiative, and strong organizational skills to meet targets within established processes. The Advisor will handle student applications, provide consultative sales support, and proactively resolve issues to ensure an excellent student experience. The role also contributes to continuous improvement of recruitment operations and service quality.
