Job Description

Summary of Position:

Independently perform/coordinate responsible support functions which may focus on a specialized area(s) of student services, such as Admissions, Financial Aid, Registration, etc. Communicate and perform duties in a manner that provide excellent service and is responsive to customer needs. Serve as a 'lead worker’ to assist and answer questions for lower level employees. This is a CTA bargaining unit position.
