We are seeking a Full-Time Student Services Officer to join our Student Services team as a parental leave replacement for 6 months, based in Perth.

About the role
As a Student Services Officer, you will be a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting the administration of domestic training programs, including apprenticeships, VET in Schools, and Job Seeker programs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with the Sales team regarding student enrolments
- Maintaining enrolments in line with eligibility requirements and program criteria
- Accurate data entry and record maintenance
- Submitting AVETMISS data for funded training
- Liaising with trainers regarding student allocation and student progress
- Supporting the Student Services Manager with additional administrative duties as required
About you
- A strong background in RTO administration (government funding experience desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
- Experience using a Student Management System (aXcelerate desirable)
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, a positive work ethic, and a friendly, professional approach
