Salary: $43,000 annually

Student Services Support plays a key role in assisting new enrollments with the educational funding process. This position supports students by providing guidance while contributing to a positive student experience on campus.

This position is based on-site at the Herzing College Ottawa campus.

Job Responsibilities

Student Services Support – Educational Funding

Primary Duties:

• Work with students to develop payment and financial assistance plans that may include government funding, College scholarships, and personal resources
• Provide information, guidance, and assistance to students regarding educational funding options and application processes
• Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, and standards
• Support administrative functions of the campus to enhance the overall student experience
