Key Responsibilities
Implement data-driven strategies to improve student success and academic outcomes
Track KPIs and analyze student performance data
Collaborate with academic, operations, and counseling teams
Design initiatives to address diverse student needs
Share actionable insights with leadership
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Management, or related fields
1–3 years of experience in student success, academic operations, or edtech
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel
Passion for student development
