Physics Wallah is looking for a driven and analytical SST Associate to support student performance, engagement, and retention.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implement data-driven strategies to improve student success and academic outcomes
  • Track KPIs and analyze student performance data
  • Collaborate with academic, operations, and counseling teams
  • Design initiatives to address diverse student needs
  • Share actionable insights with leadership


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Management, or related fields
  • 1–3 years of experience in student success, academic operations, or edtech
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Passion for student development
