About the Role

The Student Support Assistant role consists of supporting pupils with AEN needs across the school.

As a Student Support Assistant within the AEN team you will provide targeted support both in and out of the classroom, adapting resources, assisting with differentiated instruction and fostering a welcoming inclusive environment where all learners can thrive. In conjunction with the Head of Inclusion you will assist in the development and delivery of a suitable programme of support both within the classroom and on a one-to-one basis.
