The Opportunity

Keyano College’s Student Conduct Department is currently seeking a Student Support Navigator to join our dynamic team. This position serves as the primary liaison between students, institutional policies, and support services. This dual-purpose role is responsible for managing the Student Affairs & Conduct Reporting workflow while simultaneously providing wholistic supports and wellness referrals for students.

The role manages the intake and supports the adjudication process for academic and non-academic misconduct, ensuring procedural fairness and helping students turn disciplinary incidents into learning opportunities through coaching where possible. Additionally, the Navigator continues to support the broader student population by removing non-academic barriers (housing, finance, mental health) through trauma-informed systems navigation and wellness related referrals.
