Job Description
The Role
Part- time permanent position, up to 3 day per week – based in Mount Gambier.
As a Student Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting learners and colleagues through high-quality administrative and support services. This includes monitoring learner progress, following up with learners, and maintaining accurate records within SST systems.
You will be required to multitask effectively, balancing competing priorities while delivering exceptional customer service to support learners in successfully completing their training.

Key Duties
- Effectively manage information, data, and knowledge using structured systems and processes
- Support and guide learners through enrolment and pre-enrolment activities
- Monitor learner progress and conduct follow-ups to support engagement and completion
- Assist with service delivery activities, events, and projects as required
- Support trainers and other staff with administrative procedures
- Assist with processing and validating certificates and Statements of Attainment, including verifying and accurately recording results
