Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field such as Education, Guidance and Counseling, or Counseling Psychology or professional experience in working with deaf learners.
- Knowledgeable in sign language (at least on the conversational level) or is willing to learn the skill within six months from hiring.
- Excellent program planning skills
- Excellent public relations skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in designing personal/life skills development modules
- Has critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
