Title: Student Tutors in the Classroom Start Date: April 27, 2026 End Date: June 19, 2026 Position Type: Temporary Position Open To: Students Posting Overview: The Lambton Kent District School Board, which is located throughout Lambton and Kent counties, will be participating in a Tutors in the Classroom Program for the 2025-2026 school year. Students will support the work of classroom teachers through tutoring of students in Grades K-6. Student Tutors will complete 5.5 hours each day for an 8-week period. Qualifications/Experience: Must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education in an Ontario College or University. Preference will be given to those whose long-term professional goals and current post-secondary program lead to a career in elementary education.
