Studies Project Manager - Participant Recruitment

Description

We are seeking a Studies Project Manager to support participant recruitment across clinical and digital health studies. This role will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners (CROs, universities, research sites) to help drive enrollment and ensure studies stay on track.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with CROs, universities, and vendors to meet participant enrollment targets

- Track demographic-specific recruitment progress and escalate delays

- Review and route recruitment materials and marketing collateral for approval

- Lead meetings, business reviews, and partner check-ins

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and resolve recruitment bottlenecks
