Role: Studio Artist

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (on-site)

Responsibilities:

1.Technical Proficiency:

-A solid understanding of image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other relevant tools.

-Proficiency in using tools for tasks like cropping, resizing, color correction, retouching, and applying filters.

2.Graphic Design Knowledge

-Basic knowledge of graphic design principles, including composition, color theory, and typography

-Understanding how visual elements work together to convey a message or create a desired effect

3.Attention to Detail

-Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and precise edits, especially in tasks like retouching or photo manipulation

4.Communication Skills:

-Effective communication skills, especially when collaborating with other team members

5.Creativity:

-Creativity is crucial for coming up with innovative solutions and producing visually appealing designs or edits

6.Problem-Solving Skills

-The ability to troubleshoot and find solutions to challenges that may arise during the editing process

7.Continuous Learning

Given the dynamic nature of design and technology, a willingness to stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in image editing and design

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, or Graphic Design (preferred, not mandatory)
• Strong execution skills with ability to adapt existing creatives accurately
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustration
• High attention to detail, speed, and consistency with brand guidelines
• Portfolio showcasing adapt work, resizes, and format variations
