Studio Coordinator | Creative Agency
Sydney | Hybrid | Full-time (open to Part-Time)


We’re looking for a proactive Studio Coordinator to join our tight-knit creative agency team. This role is perfect for an admin superstar or recent graduate who wants to bring their organizational and people skills into a creative environment. You’ll be the operational heartbeat of the studio, keeping things running smoothly, supporting leadership, and helping the team deliver outstanding creative work.

    What you’ll do

  • Support the Agency Director and Business Manager with day-to-day operations.

  • Assist the Client Service team with project administration and scheduling.

  • Manage practical studio needs: leadership diaries, financial admin, couriers, supplier orders

  • Help with ongoing improvement of agency processes and systems—bringing ideas and following through on implementation.

  • Keep the office organised, stocked, and running smoothly (tech, supplies, meeting setups).

  • Coordinate with external suppliers, freelancers, and partners as required.

  • Support team initiatives such as events, culture activities, and training.
  • What we’re looking for
    Prior experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or similar role (internships welcome).

  • A can-do attitude, you like solving problems and keeping things moving.

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Tech savvy and comfortable across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and quick to pick up new systems.

  • A natural organiser who enjoys supporting others.

  • Strong communication and people skills.

  • Suited to applicants with 1-2 years experience or university graduates looking to start their career
