Job Description

Overview

Reporting to either the Studio Manager (SM) and Head of Operations (HO), the person in this position is to effectively handle all aspects of customer experience, class quality, human resources (desk team), facilities, to ensure that the studio under his or her care are successful business units.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day operations of the studio
  • Ensure delivery of excellent member service
  • Grow the club culture by building strong relationships with members
  • Grow and mentor the desk team staff
  • Be prepared to take on extra duties, development and problem‑solving tasks as necessary
  • Conduct class capacity / attendance audits to maximize class capacity and studio usage
  • Conduct daily class count to ensure achievement of daily capacity target
  • Inspect and manage 10 point check for all studios he / she is responsible for
