What You'll Do:

Business Development

  • Identify potential clients and collaborators (architects, developers, PMCs)
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to pitch ULDS services
  • Coordinate presentations, proposals, and portfolio submissions
  • Represent the firm at meetings, events, and industry exhibitions


Operations & Admin

  • Manage invoicing, payments, and vendor coordination
  • Coordinate with CA on TDS, GST, and basic compliance
  • Maintain project trackers, timelines, and studio workflow systems
  • Oversee hiring — post JDs, screen candidates, and schedule interviews
  • Handle client communications, meeting follow-ups, and scheduling
  • Manage social media content (in coordination with the team/freelancers)


You Should Be:

  • Sharp, driven, and solution-oriented
  • Good at multitasking and time management
  • Strong in written and spoken English
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Excel, Canva, and digital tools
  • Confident in dealing with clients, consultants, and vendors
  • Comfortable working in a design/creative business environment
  • Not afraid to lead, take charge, and be the go-to person when the founder steps away
