Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Study Abroad Advisor. The advisor will guide and support students in identifying and applying to international universities that align with their goals. Responsibilities include personalized counseling, managing university applications, reviewing documentation, coordinating the visa process, and conducting pre-departure orientations. Additionally, the role involves maintaining relationships with educational institutions and staying updated on global education trends to offer the best guidance to students.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in maintaining and managing student records and documentation
  • Ability to effectively conduct research and stay updated on global education and visa trends
  • Experience with counseling, student advising, and assisting clients with tailored solutions
  • Familiarity with university application processes, documentation deadlines, and compliance requirements
  • Attention to detail and ability to provide end-to-end assistance for students
  • Motivated to foster long-term relationships with students and international educational institutions
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Education, Counseling, or International Studies
  • Previous experience in study abroad advisement or international education is a plus
